Hammond Dak Fay is the senior councilman of Gostrey, both by his Rank and by his age. Respected by everyone and feared by no one, Elder Hammond is often a source for great wisdom and advice. He keeps the town running, at least.
Bald with a short white beard, he uses a red staff covered in script symbols as a walking stick. Except… Why would someone with such a high Rank need a cane?
